California Multimodal, LLC, (CMI) a leading ocean freight solutions provider offering a comprehensive suite of supply chain services throughout the United States and Mexico came to Ninthlink for a site redesign. Going into it, we wanted to redevelop the site architecture, navigation, and naming systems to allow for easy access to information, as well as create 2-3 minute videos to support brand storytelling, in addition to programming the site to include content management tools for quick and easy site updates. This particular design was done by our Senior Designer, Craig, who “wanted to give them more than just an online brochure, so we built them a brand based off the message: Needs Delivered”. And since people tend to gravitate towards being told ideas & points in groups of 3, we created a 3 point solution highlighting their container management workflow based on the idea of global solutions; Whatever, Whenever, Wherever; with each point highlighting Distribution, Supply and Storage.
